The Reward Points Program allows you to earn points for certain actions you take on the site. Points are awarded based on making purchases and customer actions such as submitting reviews.

Benefits of Reward Points for Registered Customers

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.

Earning Reward Points

Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:

* Making purchases - every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.
* Registering on the site.
* Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time.
* Review Submission - Earn points for submitting product reviews (after admin approval).

Reward Points Exchange Rates

The value of reward points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases.

Redeeming Reward Points

You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with PayPal.

General Returns and Cancellation Polices

1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in brand-new condition, unused and with original packaging and tags*.

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via our Contact Us page, by emailing, or by using our Live Chat system, and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

2. Mis-shipped products:

For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping fee.

3. Color Errors:

If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Cancellation Policy

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the products been made to your order specifications. Try your products as soon as possible to ensure that the order is correct and the products are in working order.

If you are returning or exchanging products, please make sure they are in their original condition.

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items  

Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Eastmall. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Overdue Orders

If your order cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order. Customers whose items are overdue by no more than 7 days will have the option of a complete refund and cancellation.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

Liquid and cartridges are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and are non-refundable.

Return Process

1) Contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of the item. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.

3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, it will be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
