PayPal Service

Using PayPal

You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from Eastmall.

A) On your Shopping Cart page, click Submit Order after reviewing your items.
B) You will be redirected to the PayPal website to review the order and payment amount.
C) Log in to your PayPal account, or choose the option to pay on PayPal's website without an account (alternatively, you can create a PayPal account in less than 10 minutes at this time without having to restart the checkout process).
D) Follow the on-screen instructions given by PayPal.

Advantages of using PayPal

You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from Eastmall.

A) Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
B) Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). If you do use your credit card through PayPal, Eastmall won't see your credit card number, minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.

Please note that it will take approximately 1 business day to confirm your payment. Before that, your order status will remain "Awaiting Payment".

Eastmall accepts ZERO responsibility for providing tax information relevant to your country, although of course we will do whatever we can to help you minimize the tax burden if you have special packing/declaration instructions.


How does it work...

Dropshipper ships item to your customer without your customer knowing it is dropshipped.

You place the same order with the dropshipper and keep the profits.

Warranty and Return for Drop Shipper

If you are drop-shipper, any product returns (and all the communications) will have to be handled through you, because you are Eastmall's customer. In fact it is probably in your interests for the customer not to know about Eastmall and deal directly with you, for reasons of safeguarding your business.

In practice, it is possible for you to discuss any return issue with us, and provide our return code and address to your customer. Then they can post a faulty item back to us in China and we can ship the replacement directly to them, without you having to handle any products. Obviously this is the most suitable solution when your customers are in different countries. in this case, we are your warehouse in China.
