"HASSLE-FREE" WARRANTY ON ALL DISPOSABLE (DPV9) & RE-USABLE (E-CIG / E-PIPE) MODELS ~ No returns are required to make a warranty claim. We will refund (less shipping fees) or credit (in the form of shopping reward points); the original price of any Batteries, Chargers and Atomisers if they are received as DOA (dead on arrival) or if deemed to have failed upon initial use from poor manufacture. For HV Atomisers, only 7 day DOA applies. For all other items, you must notify us within a period of Thirty Days from the date of confirmed delivery to make a claim. However please note that consumables such as e-Liquid, Carts & Cartomizers (Capsules) are not warranted nor are painted surfaces against scratches and chipping.
